About Elon

Meet Elon! Elon is a sweet 1.5 year old Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix weighing about 18 lbs. This boy came from a severe hoarding situation, so the world is still a bit overwhelming for him. He's learning what it means to be safe, loved, and part of a family - and he needs someone willing to take that journey with him. Elon is very food motivated and that has been a huge help in building trust and working on training. He is not fully housebroken yet, but we are actively working on it. Like many small dogs, he can be a little stubborn, so patience and consistency will be important. He does wonderfully with other dogs and cats and actually seems to take comfort in their presence. He will approach his people on his own terms and has already started to show glimpses of his gentle, affectionate personality. With time, love, and understanding, Elon will continue to bloom. If you have a quiet home, a kind heart, and a desire to help a deserving pup find his confidence, Elon may be your match. ���� He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and up to date on preventative care. His adoption fee is $250.
