About Trixie

Trixie is a 5 yo Mini Aussie. 22lbs Rescued from a puppy mill as a 'retired breeder.' I had her spayed and have been working with her on potty training and socializing. She's been with me since June and hasn't had any purposeful accidents in the house in nearly 2 months. Abuse is suspected due to fearful behaviors such as submissive urination. She is kennel trained and I would consider her house broken. Fenced in yard is preferred but not a deal breaker. She would do best in a calm environment. No children under 10 yrs old unless they are calm and respectful. She hasn't shown any aggression but as said above, very timid. She's good with my other 2 dogs. Better with my female than my male but no concerning behaviors. She is considerably laid back for her breed. She'd rather lounge on the couch all day than play outside. I think she'd be better in a home with another dog to guide her. She is very much a follower rather than a leader. Text messages are preferred.
