Phoenix is a great dog, but lacks socialization with dogs and people. He has bitten people and dogs in the past and wears a muzzle when around people and walking. He needs training and someone to keep him active. Unfortunately, I don't have the funds to get him trained and I work too much to give him the attention he deserves and desperately needs. He's 2 years old. I've had him since he was a puppy. He needs training.
