Meet Ivy - The Shadow with Sapphire Eyes Ivy is a stunning 5-year-old Siamese gentleman with striking blue eyes and a heart full of love. Life wasn't kind to him in the beginning - he was rescued from a severe hoarding situation where regular meals and affection were in short supply. Despite his rough start, Ivy has blossomed in foster care into a devoted and affectionate companion. True to his Siamese nature, Ivy loves to be involved in everything his human is doing. Whether you're folding laundry, typing at your desk, or just walking from room to room, expect Ivy right by your side - or, more accurately, under your feet! He's a loyal little shadow who wants to be part of your every move, so he'll do best in a home where the occasional 'cat trip hazard' won't pose a safety concern. Because of his past, Ivy is quite food-motivated and never misses a chance to investigate people food. His forever family will need to keep a close eye on him in the kitchen and at mealtimes to help him continue learning that his bowl will always be filled with love (and kibble!). Ivy has two speeds: full throttle playtime and deep, peaceful naps. He's athletic, curious, and loves to zoom around before curling up for a well-earned rest. He can be shy with new people or in unfamiliar environments, sometimes choosing to hide until he feels safe - but once he trusts you, you'll have a loyal companion who follows you everywhere.
