Every rescue sees more sad things than we want to see but that's why we're here. To fix things. :) Our Colt was nearly starved to death. Thank goodness city officers stepped in. He is ours now. Time for us to find him the best home. Colt is about a year old. Didn't have the best puppy hood but he doesn.t seem to care about that. Now he's happy and healthy. He is loving life. If he can forget..... we can too Colt is a hound mix He is still so fixated on breakfast, lunch and dinner but he finally gets to play. He has a full tummy now, course he always thinks just one more snack would be nice. :) He loves toys. He loves his bed and he loves doggie friends. He is great with kids and all people but he really needs a doggie friend. Colt is absolutely gorgeous now. From 26 pounds to 67 pounds in just a few short months. We had to get weight back on him slow. He comes right back when called He loves chasing birds in the sky. He's pretty sure one day he's gonna jump that high. I'm sure one day he will. :) He's gone through hell. Now he is on his way to a great life. Colt is one of those pups that really deserves a wonderful life.
