Oviedo came into Chicago Animal Control as a lost dog in August, and no owners to be found���� He is around 1-2 years and a great dog, he is trained, walks well on a leash, loves all people, and loves other dogs. He so deserves a second chance, he is too wonderful to be killed���� we need an adopter or someone to foster him immediately, his days are limited. We are really trying to save this dog!
