Great Pyrenees Mix Puppy Needs a Home Matthews, NC 28105 Meet Rambo! He's a sweet, goofy, loving young dog born March 17, 2025. He currently weighs about 65 lbs at just 8 months old, and is expected to reach around 75-85 lbs fully grown. DNA results include 61% Great Pyrenees, 17% German Shepherd, 6% Siberian Husky. Rambo came to us as a rescue - he and his brother were found homeless, likely left on the side of the road by someone who didn't want them as puppies. We took them in together and have raised them since. Rambo absolutely loves people, including our children in the home (ages 6-15). He is affectionate, social, loves attention, and wants to be close to his people. However, now that he is entering his 'teenage' phase, he has begun to fight with his brother. Because of this, we believe Rambo will be happiest and most successful as the only dog in the home (although he loves our tiny Pomeranian, but another large, dominant male at his same age is not working). Rambo has so many wonderful traits, but he is still mentally a puppy in a big body. He needs: ��%BD'� daily exercise and play ��%BD'� structure and routine ��%BD'� training and boundaries ��%BD'� mental stimulation and involvement with his person He is a GREAT dog - but he will not be the right fit for someone wanting a low-maintenance or 'easy' dog. He needs someone prepared to raise a large, athletic young dog responsibly.
