He is a happy-go-lucky, energetic little goofball who loves to have fun and be part of whatever is going on! Francis has been learning his manners and has come such a long way since arriving. He is good with kids, dogs, and cats, making him a wonderful family companion. With continued guidance, he's sure to grow into a smart, loyal, and loving dog. Francis is neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and heartworm negative. His adoption fee is $350.
