About Frances

Frances is a puppy in search of her love living with her foster mom in East Tennessee. She is learning her good potty behavior and enjoys playing with her foster siblings as much as she can, essentially every waking moment. She is as smart as she is cute, and has already figured out how a lever door knob works.
