About Butch

This stud muffin is our handsome 6 month old baby Butch! Butch is 6 months old and growing into such a handsome, polite, young pup! Butch started out with us at PAWS at 8 weeks old and it has been such an amazing time to watch him grow and form his personality. Butch is a more dominant male but he is very friendly with other dogs as long as they don't mind others, or mind some rough play! Butch does amazing with children, he is very gentle and has learned to stay down when playing or approaching you. Butch had a trial run where he did very good meeting cats, kids, and other dogs but unfortunately the other dogs would not accept Butch, so he is back in the process of finding his forever family! He did incredible in the house, he is now kennel and house broke and he does do good on the leash. Butch is such a sweetheart and he loves to protect those that he loves, whether that means a fellow pup or a human! He would do best in a home with room for him to run and play, as he is a mix of both very active breeds and he does have a lot of energy to burn! Butch absolutely loves to have his photo taken, he is very photogenic as his momma was! He is almost identical to his mom whom was the aussie, he has a very fluffy and soft coat, so shedding is to be expected. This handsome boy is looking to find his person that he can protect and love, that will give him the proper time and environment to adjust safely. Butch doesn't have a single mean bone in his body, he loves to play and is extremely smart and willing to learn new things. With him being young he is still very adaptable and adapts to his environments quickly so training Butch to be whatever you need him to be will NOT be difficult.
