This gentle giant is looking for a forever home where he can be the sole canine companion and fearless protector. Groot is an indoor dog who is fully potty trained, enjoys the comforts of living inside, but also loves regular access to the great outdoors for exercise and exploration. Groot has a fantastic story that highlights his courage and protective instincts. During a dangerous encounter with a mountain lion, Groot bravely fought off the wild animal, saving his companion dog. This demonstrates the fierce loyalty and protective nature inherent to his breed. Because of his strong protective instincts and preference for solitary attention, Groot must be the only dog in his new home. He is great with children, however. Groot is neutered and microchipped. He is current in foster care and patiently waiting for his forever family. His adoption fee is $200.
