About Pancake

If you're looking for a loving, loyal, and oh-so-snuggly companion, Pancake might just be your perfect match. This sweet girl is a certified velcro dog who loves being close to her humans and furry friends alike. She's happiest when she has another playful pup to romp around with, so a home with a 4-legged friend is what she is looking for/that would be absolutely ideal. She has also passed with flying colors cat 'testing' give that girl an A. For such a young pup, Pancake has wonderful manners. She greets guests politely (no jumping here!) and only uses her voice when she's feeling a little left out. She's a dream passenger in the car; quiet, calm, and ready for whatever adventure lies ahead. While she can be a bit shy around loud noises or unfamiliar surroundings, a little reassurance and a cozy spot by your side quickly help her feel safe. When the zoomies hit, Pancake channels her inner gazelle; you know; all legs, leaps, and pure joy! After her morning, evening walks, or running around in the backyard. Pancake transforms into a world-class napper and snuggle bug often curling up with her foster sister because, well, sharing is caring. She'd thrive in an active home that enjoys walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. A backyard would be a bonus for her to sunbathe and play, but it's not required as long as she gets daily exercise and love. Pancake is already crate trained and is well behaved in the home and is happiest just being with her pups and peeps; that makes her happiest. She's house trained and goes in and out of her little doggie door like a champ. Pancake is learning she'll never have to worry about meals again. She's done wonderfully, and with any dog, it's best to give her space during mealtime and set proper boundaries for children or other pets. She hasn't really had much opportunity to get to know kiddos but a calmer home (older kids) would seem like a best kind of set up for success. She can be a door or gate dasher so still considered a flight risk, so she must be with a family that will properly monitor and/or leash her. If you're looking for a dog who's equal parts snuggle bug, adventure buddy, and 'breakfast-themed bestie', Pancake is ready to flip your world upside down (in the best way)! �ٴz���� As part of Pancake's $300 adoption fee, she will be spayed, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and current on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
