Meet Penny - the sweetest little survivor with a heart as big as her smile. She was found running along a busy highway in northern New Jersey, but even then, her tail never stopped wagging. When Penny arrived, she was thin at 25 lbs, a bit banged up, and in need of love - and now, thanks to her amazing foster family, that's exactly what she's getting. This beautiful brindle pup is under a year old, dog-friendly, playful, and full of joy.
