Meet Turk - aka 'Turkey' Just in time for Thanksgiving, this little boy is so grateful to be here - and even more ready to find his forever family! Turk was discovered sitting in the bed of a pickup truck in 90-degree heat. His 'owner' said their neighbor had thrown the puppies out with the trash - but Turk and his siblings deserved a second chance. We stepped up. Now safe with us at Concerned Citizens Animal Rescue, Turk is about 7-8 weeks old and weighs around 8 lbs. He's playful, curious, and already stands out with his shiny black coat and solid white chest - a true little showstopper! Vet's best guess: Lab / Border Collie mix - but don't quote us!
