About Harper

Cutie patootie with the cutest little flopped ears was found in a common dumping area. He's a sweet and social boy that just wants to be close to people. He doesn't mind being picked up to cuddle and will sleep with you all night long without issues. We're not sure of his breed mix, but we don't think he's going to be a big boy when he's full grown; he's kind of dainty.
