He is an absolute sweetheart who is incredibly friendly with everyone he meets! Buddy is laid-back and easy to care for, radiating cheer and positivity. However, due to his past experiences, he cannot share his home with cats, children, or other dogs. He has a history of extreme resource guarding, having bravely defended his food and water from coyotes and other wild animals. It's a tough past that shapes his needs today. Buddy had to fight Coyotes for his life. He would thrive in a calm, mature household looking for a dedicated emotional support companion.
