About Charlie

Hey there, I'm Charlie! I'm a handsome 5-year-old cocker spaniel boy with a full fluffy tail and I weigh a solid 26 pounds. If you're looking for a friendly, playful pup whose tail never stops wagging, you've found your guy! I am great with other dogs and I'm always ready for a good time. But�'�|a few important things you need to know first: The humans - especially the kids - in my early life were not good to me and so I need a home without kids. I do not like to share my food or toys and when I get a hold of something I really like and want to keep, I can be stubborn about giving it up unless you offer something better. As a result, I need a cocker spaniel-savvy owner who understands how I can be, will work with me and let me think everything (my human wants me to do) is really MY idea. Now, let me tell you about my special talent - the non-stop butt wiggle! When you pet me, hug me, or give me kisses, my whole back end just can't contain the joy and I wiggle like there's no tomorrow. It's pretty much my signature move and I'm told it's absolutely adorable. I can be a bit of a goofy boy and I wear that badge with pride! I'm crate-trained, love going for car rides and walks, and I know a few basic commands already.
