Not smart at all, Toby was kenneled all day long before his owner decided that wasn't good for him, so he was surrendered. Toby is looking for a home that will show him he's part of a family. Toby is very loving. He does like to play fetch and go for walks. Toby will be available Nov 22. Just in time for Thanksgiving so he can see what family is like and maybe get some turkey dinner!!!
