Jenny is an incredibly sweet dog. She is very loving and loyal and playful. She doesn't mind being a lazy doggo sleeping on the couch or a bed. She gets zoomies and loves to run at the dog park. Likes soft chewy bones. She loves cuddles with her people. She walks fantastically on leash (can even walk off leash with the person she has claimed as hers -- she will follow me anywhere); listens well. Knows sit, lay/down, and stay. Loves being brushed. Loves treats and pets. She is still traumatized from her being abandoned on the streets before me and her time in the shelter, but she's doing so much better than she was. She demands attention often and always and does get jealous of other animals receiving attention. She gets along great with my severely adhd, six year old son. I have two other rescues that we have taken in and though she gets along with them, we have recently had to move and I had to take in my sister, so my attention is split in a way she does not like. I cannot give her the attention she needs and it has caused her to begin acting out. She is marking inside to try and claim territory (she's never done this before), she's aggressively 'playing' with the other dogs in a way to establish dominance and she is just obviously no longer happy in my house and I don't want to punish her for that. She is very sweet and loving, but needs someone with more time for her than I have. She will come with a cage, water/food bowl, leash and harness, worm/flea/tick medication, and tooth brush and tooth paste.
