This is a 2 yo 46 lb neutered male Shar pei that my daughter first knew as a puppy at the vet she was working at. 2 years later, she found him chained on a porch and not getting care for his medical issues. So she got him released to her. She has now been having him boarded at the vet she works at, had him neutered and everything else up to date now, skin treated, no heart worm, no parasites, except eye surgery. So she resource guards with food because can't see well. She takes him out daily, but can't take him home because her elderly pit she's had for years can't be around other dogs. Since this is now an owner surrender, he needs either an adoption or foster.
