About Edgar

Meet Edgar Allen Pup! Our favorite little poet is still just a puppy, estimated to be about 5 months old. He's just over 20lbs but still has some growing to do. We believe he is a corgi and border collie cross. He likes to showcase his herding talents by playing chase and is learning to play fetch with his foster mom. Edgar was picked up in Texas as a stray and never claimed. He's had a tough start to life and as a result can be shy in new situations, but he loves attention from people he knows and likes meeting new friends. His foster mom believes that this is his first time living in a house, but he already has learned to love fluffy beds and squeaky toys. With a little patience and affection, he'll open up and show you his true personality. He is dog friendly and plays well with the dogs in his foster home. At the end of the day, he is happiest napping near his people. Edgar is doing great with both potty training and crate training. He does well on leash and loves the chance to get out and explore the neighborhood. While he would love a dog sibling or two, he is not recommended to a home with cats, and children 10+ and older only please. Edgar is neutered, up to date on his vaccinations and microchipped. His adoption fee is $425, and we do not adopt outside of Colorado.
