About Howie

(DOB 09/23/2021) Howie, the Heart-Melter! ���� Howie is a pint-sized pup with a big heart and even bigger cuddles to give! This affectionate little guy adores everyone he meets; kids, adults, strangers, other dogs - you name it. He even gives cats their space like a true gentleman. With his sweet nature and gentle soul, Howie is truly the full package. Howie loves car rides and is always up for an adventure and a couch cuddle session afterward. He is the perfect size; you know; the 'grab and go' kind of a pup who will just simply adore being with you and sharing in whatever the day entails. Plus, being with his person is exactly where he wants to be anyway, so pack him up when you head out on the road. He's looking for someone who has time to spend with him and a heart as open as his. In return, Howie promises a lifetime of affection, loyalty, and that warm, fuzzy feeling only the cutest little pup can give. Just know; he's crate trained and will snuggle in for bedtime after his little 'sleepy' pill helps him drift off peacefully. As long as he can't see his person (or he'll want one more kiss goodnight and will whine about it!), he snoozes soundly through the night. Howie is working on his potty training; he heads out every couple of hours and after mealtime to make sure everything stays on track. Howie is looking for a home where someone is home the majority of time to 1) keep him on track for his consistent potty training, so know his new family will need to be patient and work with him 2) leave less opportunity for his dislike of being left alone. Yes, this little guy is a bit of a velcro pup and isn't interested in being all by himself. He needs his people. He loves his twice-daily neighborhood walks and trots proudly by your side on the leash. So his new family needs to have at least one person who is dedicated to taking him on his daily strolls. Not getting out and about for his daily sniffs, potty breaks, love of the fresh air would be a little boring for cute Howie. He doesn't need a fenced yard; being near his favorite humans is what really makes his tail wag! Apartment, condo, or townhome, Howie is happy wherever love lives. As part of Howie's $300 adoption fee, he will be neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and current on his monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
