He came in as a stray with his mom and brother��%BD'��%BD| and 9 long months later, he's still waiting. The shelter has taken a toll on him, and he is running out of time. Arbor is a sweet, loyal boy with a heart as solid as an old oak tree. He may be shy at first, but once he trusts you, he blossoms into the most loving, playful companion.
