Zelma The Adorable Beagle - Available for Foster or Adoption in Illinois Zelma was surrendered to the shelter in Georgia for reasons even she is confused about. Angel Dog Alliance was able to rescue her, and now she is looking for a home for her where she can spend her years just going about and getting all the treats and pets she wants. Zelma would love to have someone who can spend her days taking a leisurely walk to enjoy the outdoors and nature. Taking naps with her people on the couch and watching Netflix, or just sitting by a cozy fire when it's chilly outside. She is located in Illinois and is very ready to meet any prospective families.
