About Maggie

Maggie is a 4-year-old Labrador with a heart full of love and energy. She's sweet, intelligent, and enjoys playtime, long walks, and being close to her people. Maggie is housetrained, has good dental health, and has made great progress working with a trainer. Because of her strong prey drive, Maggie should not be in a home with small animals or young children. She does best with other dogs her size or larger. While she's improved greatly on leash, she's a strong 65-pound dog who needs someone confident and capable of maintaining control when she gets excited on walks. Maggie was rescued from Florida after her owner passed away and is now safe in foster care in Georgia, waiting for the right person to give her a loving, structured home.
