About Kylo

Kylo has an older ID number at the shelter and was apparently was visited in his former home by Animal Control Officers on several occasions over the last few years due to neglectful living conditions prior to ultimately being surrendered to the shelter on 10/27/25 :( Kylo arrived severely emaciated with very bad skin & several deep open sores from scratching/biting/chewing at areas on his ears, chest, and back due to fly strike & flea infestation :| In typical fashion with victims of animal cruelty / neglect cases, Kylo presents himself very well-mannered & friendly with all staff members and volunteers he has interacted with... as well as gentle & polite with other dogs Kylo has mingled with during playgroups.
