About Julia and Megan

Hi, we're Julia & Megan! We're bonded sisters and Ruby Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. We are both about a year old and 10-11 pounds of pure sweetness. We came from a breeder surrender and arrived at the shelter scared and clinging to each other, but we're discovering that the world can be a wonderful place! I'm Julia (I wear the blue harness) and I'm the brave one! I love playing with toys and my foster siblings, and I'm curious about everything (lizards and turtles are SO interesting!). I'm learning commands like sit and come, especially when treats are involved. I sleep in my own bed like a big girl and I'm paper-trained, though I'm still working on going potty outside. I need a patient adopter who will help me continue my house training journey! I get along great with calm small dogs and older dog-savvy kids. I'm Megan (I wear the pink harness) and I'm Julia's shadow! I love my sister so much that I want to be with her all the time. I'm a little shyer than Julia, but I'm learning that people are pretty great too. I've discovered that if I put my head under foster mom's hand, I get petted every single time (it's my secret trick!). I sleep through the whole night in my bed with Julia, and sometimes our friend JD joins us. I'm also working on house training and commands, and I'm slowly building my confidence. Give me a little time and patience, and I promise I'll blossom! Together, we're the Fabulous Duo, and our superpower is cuddling! We absolutely love snuggling with our foster mom. We both adore chicken treats (hint hint!), and we're great with other dogs and older kids who understand us.
