About Olive

This is Olive. We love her so much but there have been 2 incidents in our home that were out of our control that ended in the passing of 2 of our pets at different times. Olive is the most lovable pit bull that you will ever meet. She is kind, patient, and loves to snuggle. But unfortunately after speaking with a behaviorist they told us that this unusual behavior that led to those accidents was a predatory shift. She had no control over her actions, because that is not who she is at all. She was the most gentle dog we owned until the incidents that happened. She continues to be submissive and gentle, we just per their recommendation have to keep her separated from our other pets. We have had her since she was a puppy, she is 3 1/2 years old and she has NEVER before shown ANY signs of aggression. The behaviorist that we spoke to said that she could be successful in a home with no small children or other pets. She just wants to be a lapdog. Please give her a chance.
