About Bodi

Bodi is the absolute sweetest dog you'll ever meet. He's a 7 y/o healthy Catahoula Lab mix. When he first meets new humans, his go to move is to roll over for belly rubs or crawl up and nestle his face into your lap for pets just like the photo shows. He's very calm, has never been aggressive in any way. My friends who just dog sat him described him as 'so sweet & very chill'. He's been with us for 5 years and we have 3 older kids and another small dog. He's been around babies, my families dogs, we walk him regularly and he's great with all. He can also be in a crate trained environment. He's very bright - knows basic commands and wonderful on a leash. He'd be a wonderful fit for an older couple or person who enjoys the companionship, neighborhood walks or hikes and snuggling on the couch. We absolutely love him so much, we've just had some significant life & family changes and now I travel extensively for work and can't be home to give him the life he deserves. My travel is creating separate anxiety for him, he really just wants to be around humans and I can't give him that. I'm truly hopeful we can find him a loving home where he can bless another family like he's blessed ours.
