About Tommy

Say hello to Tommy, a truly cute and happy puppy who is ready for his forever home! Born around August 9, 2025, this sweet boy is still very small, weighing a mere eight pounds. Tommy is doing well adjusting to the shelter after being rescued alongside his mother. He is very friendly, loves people, and is guaranteed to bring lots of joy into your life! Tommy is a young puppy and is available through our Foster-to-Adopt program. This contract means that the adopter and TRACS are co-owners until he is old enough to be neutered. Adopting families must pay a refundable neuter deposit of $150, which is returned upon proof of his surgery. We will also provide a $50 certificate to help offset the cost of the neuter procedure.
