Chachi arrived to the shelter in early September following a large animal neglect/hoarding case encompassing various dogs of all shapes, sizes, breeds, etc. While the majority of dogs that were taken in have since been adopted or accepted by a rescue, Chachi is one of the last few dogs still sitting in a kennel waiting for his chance to have a caring fruitful life in a home.
