About Rufus and Laurel

��%90� Looking for a Home for Laurel & Rufus ��%90� Hi everyone! We're looking for a new home for two sibling cats, Laurel and Rufus. Their owners - my parents - passed away this past year, and we'd love to find someone who can take them in and care for them together. They're 5 years old and have always been a pair, so we'd really like them to stay together. * Laurel is quite independent and prefers her own space, but she does become more relaxed once she's familiar with someone. * Rufus is shy at first too, but once he's comfortable, he's very friendly and affectionate. * They're both overweight (we're helping them with a new diet) and would probably do best in a quiet, adult-only home. They've lived with a lively dog before and managed fine, even if they weren't huge fans. We're based in the Nashville/Murfreesboro area, but can travel within reason to find them the right home.
