About Paulie

He is very sweet and affectionate with everyone in the household and a select few neighbors. He is curious and likes to play. He has so much potential to be a great dog with the right training. He is crate trained, never had an accident in the house, and does not mind wearing a muzzle. He is very protective of the home and does not like new people coming inside to visit. We have a small chihuahua at home that I believe he picked up his reactive behaviors from. When walking with the chihuahua he will bark at people and dogs. When walking solo it's hit or miss with dogs and nonexistent with people. He was picked up as a stray and we considered making this work, but realize we are not the right home for him. He absolutely loves to swim, he will find any excuse to get into the pool.
