About Ray

Transport help may be available. * 4 year old Labrador mix * weighs 47 pounds * heartworm negative * brought in as a stray * not yet neutered but he will be * a little overwhelmed in the noisy shelter * a little shy at first but very sweet * likes to hang out on his comfy bed - he will come up to greet you * good leash manners * quiet and calm in and out of his kennel * gentle treat taker * curious explorer * welcomes pets and enjoys back scratches Ray is a little bit overwhelmed here in the noisy shelter. He mostly lays on his bed and will come up to the door to greet visitors. He welcomes your attention and he's a sweet boy. He wasn't ready to spend too much time out of the kennel when we met. He did go out to the yard a little bit for a potty break and to sniff around some. He prefers the comfort of his soft blanket and bed. I know Ray would much rather be in a home than in our noisy shelter. Our shelter is very full. Please come adopt Ray. He's waiting at Cumberland County Animal Services, Fayetteville, NC 910-321-6852
