About Archie

Archie is a very smart, fun-loving pup who spends about 80% of his day snoozing but lives for those moments when he can sprint at top speed (we suspect he might have a bit of greyhound in him!) or explore new places with his nose to the ground. He knows quite a few commands (sit, down, paw, touch, and more) and will happily show them off for the right reward (hint: it's beef). Archie loves meeting new people, but he can be reactive around other dogs, so he's looking for a home where he'll be the only pet. We became foster parents in LA knowing we could only keep a dog temporarily, but we legally adopted Archie to skip the shelter's three-week process, so there's no adoption delay if you're ready to bring him home. He's up to date on all his medical needs and comes with everything he needs for a smooth transition: a crate, beds, bowls, toys, and more.
