About Aspen

Hi - My name is Aspen A1249896 and I am at Char Meck Animal Care and Control. I am scheduled to be euthanized on Oct 27th if I don't find a savior. I have been very stressed out in the shelter. Kennel life is starting to wear on me and I have developed kennel stress. The volunteers take me out and try to reassure me that it will be ok but I am very scared and confused. - I am a beautiful white and brindle girl and am a perfect medium size at 55 lbs. When I get time out of my kennel i have shown that - I playful, athletic and fun girl with a happy go lucky demeanor when there are no other dogs or cats around! - I like treats and love to please my person so hopefully I will be pretty easy to train. I already know sit! - I am very gentle when I take treats! - I am very attuned to my handler! - I have been the office dog many times and am playful when someone is around but am also very calm and like to nap when I am left alone - I ride great in the car and love a pup cup! - I like to be around people so it is very stressful when I get to spend so little time with them. I really just want to be close to my person - will you be the one to save me?? The shelter has said that at this time I must be adopted or go to rescue. Please help me find a rescue or someone to adopt me. I can be fostered through a rescue but I need someone that will be committed to fostering me through to adoption.
