Surf is an adorable, sweet little girl. She will remain small in stature, (smurf). Waves hello to greet you. She was not taken care of properly and was let to run. She did have a litter of pups while being neglected and then went back to roaming for food, when struck by car. Surf has started training and is well behaved.
