Hi - My name is Junie B A1252494 and I am at Char Meck Animal Care and Control. I am scheduled to be euthanized on Oct 27th if I don't find a savior. I have been very scared in the shelter - so scared that I army crawl around and cling to my person whenever I get to spend time with them. It is starting to wear on me and I have developed kennel stress. The volunteers take me out and try to reassure me that it will be ok but I am very scared and confused. - I am a beautiful brindle girl and am a perfect medium size at 46 lbs. - I am so pretty and some nice volunteers dressed me up - I didn't mind and was just happy to have friends that would give me attention! - When I get time out of my kennel i have shown that I can be a spunky, playful, fun girl- I am so lovable and perky! - I like treats and love to please my person so hopefully I will be pretty easy to train. I already know sit! - I am very gentle when I take treats! - The volunteers think I am probably potty trained. - I am super cute when I get excited and have the best zoomies around! - I like to be close to my person and will check in with you a lot! - I am a little overstimulated at the shelter and will sometimes get extra close and try to hump my human (I am just confused and stressed out - once I am safe in a stable home with structure and guidance this will go away) - I am very stressed and should not be introduced to any dogs until I have had plenty of time to decompress. - I like to be around people so it is very stressful when I get to spend so little time with them. I really just want to be close to my person - will you be the one to save me?? The shelter has said that at this time I must be adopted or go to rescue. Please help me find a rescue or someone to adopt me. I can be fostered through a rescue but I need someone that will be committed to fostering me through to adoption.
