Brilliant Young Catahoula Mix - Athletic, Eager Learner, Trick/Agility Prospect About Cinnamon: Cinnamon is a bright, athletic Catahoula mix who loves to work with her person. She's food- and eye-contact-motivated, learns quickly, and has impressive vertical jump and body control. With structure and short training bursts, she settles and focuses well. She's best suited for an adopter who enjoys training, sport (tricks, agility, scentwork), or an active routine. What She's Great At: %8F Quick learner: picks up patterns and games fast %8F Loves engagement: eye contact, problem-solving, short tasks %8F Athletic: could excel at agility/tricks; enjoys nosework What She Needs: %8F Predictable routine and calm household energy %8F Short, daily training games instead of hours of free time %8F No chaotic environments; supervision during downtime (mat or tether) Best Home Match: Active individual/couple who enjoy training, ideally with experience in herding/working breeds or dog sports. A yard is a bonus but not required if daily structure and training are provided. She has not been around other dogs in a household or kids, so unknown how she'd do with them. She will sometimes chase or bark at our cat, but will mostly leave her alone and responds to leave it. when separated by a baby gate, she is not a threat to our cat at all. Why We're Rehoming: We adore Cinnamon, but our current lifestyle isn't the right fit for a high-drive working breed. We want her to thrive with someone who loves training and will enjoy her talents. To Inquire: Share your daily routine, dog experience, and what kind of activities you'd like to do with Cinnamon. References appreciated.
