Ruger was born outside and was rescued with his siblings at about 5 weeks old. He took awhile to decide people are ok. He's still timid at first, but then he will curl up in your arms and go to sleep. He has beautiful blue eyes. He just needs a home to thrive in to really get him out of his shell.
