My adult son passed away and I've tried taking over care of his dogs but this one I am unable due my disability; I am in a wheelchair, and am a senior with various health issues. She is a Blue Heeler mix, in good health, has her shots, is 7 years old, and is fixed. She needs to be walked, or at least walked in the yard, and needs someone to provide her with at least some activity, which I can do neither. She's an energetic but good dog. She knows, sit, stay, up, give paw, go to kennel, lie down, whisper, back up, balances a treat on her nose, won't eat it if you say, 'No', until you say, 'Go Ahead!', %A0and used to play fetch in the yard with my son. I have no choice but to give her up, though I will miss her. She needs someone more active and can walk her if not jog with her like he did, I can't afford a walker. She lives with cats now and is good with them. She's played with a couple kids before but hasn't been around them much but was frequently around other people.
