About Echo

Echo is a gorgeous and petite 2 year old Akita. She weighs approximately 56 lbs, she is fully vaccinated, spayed and microchipped. She currently resides in a foster home in Colorado Springs. She is spunky, fun, playful, silly, energetic, strong, smart, curious, affectionate, and a lovely companion. Echo was surrendered to the Humane Society after being hit by a car and fracturing her pelvis this past summer. She has since recovered and has healed beautifully and is ready to find her furever home! She loves spending time with her people and would love someone who will appreciate her gentle hugs and loyal companionship. She likes getting scratches and pets. She has a lot of energy and enjoys running and playing in the yard. She loves treats and chew toys and watching the squirrels and birds. She currently resides in a foster home in Colorado Springs where she continues to show just how special she is everyday. She may do well with the right male dog with a slow and proper introduction, or as an only dog. No other female dogs. She may be protective of food and toys. No cats.
