Transport help may be available. * weighs 40 pounds - being given extra food to help him gain weight * heartworm negative * neutered * owner surrender due to child's allergies * greets you at his kennel door with tail wags * happy, friendly, social, and loving * quiet and calm in and outside of the kennel * easy to leash and walk * welcomes all pets and attention * super sweet - he's a lovebug * curious explorer - he had a good time sniffing in the yard and checking things out * very gentle treat taker * submissive and a people pleaser * knows basic commands * attentive and listens well * welcomes all pets, attention and affection * Rocco is a the best boy! He is super affectionate and simply wants to love and for you to love him back. He is happy, friendly, playful, and cuddly! Note: Rocco has an old eye injury. It could possibly be a birth defect and it doesn't seem to bother him. Staff can give more info if any questions. He was originally with us back in December of 2024 and it looks the same now as it did then. He is not in any pain. Please don't let that stop you from adopting. He is very sweet and loving and he deserves to have a family who will truly love and care for him.
