About Bentley

Bentley is a sweet, loyal Chocolate Lab who's almost 4 years old. His family is heartbroken to rehome him but wants what's best. There's a baby in the home, and while Bentley isn't stressed or aggressive around them, his high energy and lack of discipline make supervision challenging. He deserves a home where he can be the center of attention and get the activity and care he thrives on. Bentley weighs about 75 pounds and is full of playful Lab energy. He loves to run, jump, and fetch. He does well with older children and adults who can handle his strength and enthusiasm, and he has been gentle with his family's grandchildren ranging from 5 to their 20s when supervised. He's interacted safely with other dogs on a few occasions. He's not neutered, but his family is willing to help with that cost if needed. He's up to date on rabies and may be due soon for other vaccines. Bentley has a big heart and lots of love to give. This dog is being featured to help the owner find a loving home for them. I may answer questions or communicate with potential adopters, but all adoption decisions and arrangements are handled by the owner. I don't charge fees and am not responsible for the outcome. Senior Dogs Rock is not a registered business or rescue; I am assisting as an individual. The owner may charge a small adoption fee.
