About Hera

Hera is a purebred German pinscher is in need of a new home, I adopted her from another family that could not keep her because she did not get along with another dog in the house, ive had her for 4 years now and while she is a loyal affectionate and obedient girl, however I have other small dogs in the house and she is aggressive to them. I have been through complete obedience training with hera and the trainer did not believe me when I explained that she has episodes of aggression with other dogs, especially smaller ones, because with a good owner and the right home environment Hera could be your soul dog. Hera needs to be in a home without other animals or kids, her aggressive prey drive is rare but intense and she cannot be trusted with other animals without supervision. Hera is fully house trained, walking trained, obedience trained, enjoys basic agility, non destructive and highly motivated by food. when she is with me or my partner she is an absolute angel. Hera can be wary of strangers but once she gets to know you (and gets some treats from you) she becomes sweet quickly. Hera loves to sleep next to her us and keep us safe. Hera doesn't care much for toys, she loves to go for walks as much as she loves to nap If you want a partner animal that will follow you around the house at heel to keep you safe, just happy to be with you in the moment Hera could be just what you're looking for It pains me greatly to give Hera up as she really is one of the sweetest dogs ive ever had the pleasure of caring for, but I do not live alone and she cannot stay with us much longer with other dogs in the house.
