URGENT - Ronald Needs a Foster, Adopter, or Rescue by October 29th at 4 PM Ronald (A282996) is a 3-year-old German Shepherd who was found as a stray in June 2025. He's an incredibly smart, affectionate boy who has been through so much during his time at the shelter. Ronald can be a little shy when meeting new people, especially men, but once he warms up, he's loving, loyal, and eager to please. He's friendly with other dogs and has shared his kennel with several dog buddies. Ronald also loves learning new tricks and is very food motivated. Unfortunately, the stress of kennel life has taken a serious toll on him. Ronald spends much of his day jumping and spinning in his kennel, which has led to painful injuries. He wore his nails down so short that walking on rough ground now causes his paws to bleed. On top of that, he slipped in his kennel and fractured his pelvis. Ronald is currently on medication and able to move around, but he desperately needs a quiet home where he can fully heal, decompress, and feel safe. Ronald has shown how resilient and brave he is-he just needs someone to give him a chance. He would do best in a patient home, ideally with another confident dog to help him build trust. This sweet boy deserves more than the constant stress of kennel life. Ronald needs a foster, adopter, or rescue commitment by Friday, October 29th at 4 PM to save his life. Please help him find a safe and loving home where he can finally rest and recover. PCACC is located at 1150 S. Eleven Mile Corner Road, Casa Grande, AZ.
