Wants love and affection. Meet Tootsie, a 2-year-old, 53 lb brown German Shepherd. She was brought to the shelter on 10/10. MCACC will kill her because she is scared in the shelter. They didn't even give her a week to adjust to the shelter setting before determining she deserves to die because she is scared. She urgently needs a foster or rescue to help her feel safe again.
