Kid friendly Dog friendly -got along with three dogs (two girls, one boy) at finders home. Affectionate. Loves pets and cuddles. Calm and gentle. House trained. Smart- knows commands like sit, shake, high five. Can catch treats mid air. Nectarine is a 2 yrs old Rottweiler and 62 lbs. She is a gentle, affectionate girl who was found near the McDonald's parking lot on 32nd St. She hopped right into a car with her finder and spent a week with them before being brought to the shelter on 10/6/2025. Her finder had nothing but positive things to say about her. She was a friendly, calm, polite house guest. At the shelter, Nectarine has been understandably nervous and because of this MCACC will kill her instead of giving her time to adjust and feel comfortable at the shelter. Nectarine is urgently looking for a foster home-if she's not rescued, the shelter will euthanize her. She needs someone who can give her time, patience, and love to feel secure. This sweet girl has a lot of love to give and deserves a chance. Please foster Nectarine.
