About Ellie

Ellie was surrendered to our shelter on 9/30/25, after her previous family could no longer keep her. She's already a pro at the basics: she's housebroken, leash trained, and even crate trained. Her previous owner also said she's good around children and respectful around cats. Out in the play yard, Ellie really shines. She's happiest when she can zoom around, 'dance' and skip with joy, and investigate every toy in sight. Balls and squeaky toys are her absolute favorites. She'll chase after one, then entertain herself with silly play with it. She also loves splashing in the doggy pool. Ellie enjoys being pet and taking treats gently, though she doesn't sit still for long - she'd much rather be busy exploring, playing, and showing off her goofy, fun side.
