Now Maeve faces the unthinkable: she's at extreme risk of euthanasia if she must return to the overcrowded shelter. This beautiful girl is dog- and people-friendly. She does best with slow introductions, clear boundaries, and older, respectful children. After a life of being deprived, she can be protective of the few things she treasures - but she listens so well, responds to gentle correction, and wants nothing more than to make you proud. Maeve was given a brief second chance in a temporary foster home, where she's been thriving - living peacefully with a pack of dogs and even a cat. But that home can no longer keep her, and time has run out. If she's forced back into the shelter, she'll likely never come out again. We can't let this loving momma, who has already lost everything, end her story in a garbage bag.
